Amon Lukhele has a wide experience in universal health coverage, gender equality, social protection advocacy, project management, monitoring, evaluation and learning, scorecard, cooperatives development, business management, budget tracking, gender, and climate change analysis, women’s economic empowerment, livelihood development, community mobilization, advocacy, and networking.

His many years of experience include working with national CSOs, Government Ministries of Finance, Gender, Labour, and UN Agencies among other international governments such as the ILO, UNDP, UNICEF, UNWomen, UNFPA, GIZ, German Government, Canadian Government, Universal Health Coverage Coalition, Malawi Health Equity Network, and the private sector
