Cara Clements - board member
Cara Clements serves as the Director of Patient Engagement & Development at the Prostate Conditions Education Council (PCEC), where she leads efforts in patient navigation, education, and advocacy awareness.
Cara has built her career around patient engagement, education, and advocacy, with over a decade of experience helping individuals and families navigate complex healthcare decisions. With a background in Health Education & Promotion and advanced certifications in patient navigation and community health, Cara has worked extensively in nonprofit leadership and health programming, always focused on reducing barriers to care and empowering patients with knowledge and support.
Her work has spanned early detection, survivorship, and community outreach, where she brings together healthcare providers, advocacy groups, and partners to improve health outcomes and access. Known for her collaborative approach and passion for building programs that make a difference, Cara is committed to ensuring that patients and their loved ones feel informed, supported, and confident in their healthcare journey.
Outside of her professional life, Cara is a proud Arkansan and Razorback sports fan, never missing a chance to call the Hogs on game day. She and her husband are busy raising three daughters, including twins, who keep life lively and full of adventure.
